The location was convenient, close to the town center and attractions. The owner was helpful and responsive. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essential items provided. The transfer from the airport was organized smoothly and at a competitive price. The beds and linen were comfortable and of good quality.

Nice apartment, marvellous location for a long weekend. Setting near to the old city center, the old town and the beach, and Croatia. Btw, located to a park that is home to many free-range peacocks who will also wander around the streets. Nearby Fast Food Lozo is a plus. Nice welcome from owner. Neat rooms provided with comfortable couch. Big size venue for great value😃👌

Great value for money, with a beautiful and spacious room that had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic, being within walking distance to the old town and all the sights. The host, Nikola, was very helpful and responsive, even fixing a minor problem right away. The hotel was clean, had good wifi, and plenty of hot water. a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The apartment had soundproof walls, which was a blessing considering the lively area around the Palace of Diocletian. It felt like having my own personal oasis amidst the bustling city. The kitchen was fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. It was like having a mini chef's paradise, allowing me to whip up delicious meals and save some extra money on dining out. The garden views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking. It was like having my own private slice of paradise, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a peaceful evening.

villa martinis was a dream! the owner, nikola, was super helpful and arranged airport transfer for us. the apartment had everything we needed, from comfy beds to a well-stocked kitchen. it was just a short walk to the town center and sites. we loved the peacocks roaming around too! would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Villa Martinis for a long weekend trip and it was perfect. The location was great, just a short walk to the town center and attractions. Fantastic space for a big family. the location of the house was good, with key tourist spots within walking distance. the owner was very accommodating and kind, helping us with parking and bid us farewell. We had a wonderful time exploring the city and would recommend this place to everyone.

The challenge of finding parking due to narrow roads and cars parked on both sides. But overall, it didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay at this house.
